About the role
As a Home Services Officer, you'll help create a clean, welcoming and comfortable environment for residents in our aged care home,



supporting their wellbeing and quality of life through activities that include:
* Assisting with meal preparation, meal service and dining room support
* Cleaning resident rooms and shared areas to a high standard
* Providing laundry services, including caring for resident clothing and linen
* Supporting residents with warm, respectful and person-centred service
* Following food safety, infection control and hygiene practices
* Working as part of the hospitality team to deliver quality daily services Role

requirements:

* Experience in hospitality, food services, cleaning, laundry or a similar role
* A customer-focused approach with a commitment to providing quality service
* Understanding of food safety, infection control and cleaning practices
* Confidence to satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies
* NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain
