You will roster 15–20 staff across 7 days, supervise safety, customer service, merchandising, and banking, with a base salary around AU$78,565 plus super, and a potential quarterly bonus.

Overtime is optional and subject to award rates. This role requires robust leadership, an eye for detail, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced retail
