CSR is seeking a hands-on Production Manager for its Gyprock Coopers Plains site in Brisbane. You will lead daily production, support commissioning of a current plaster mill, and drive Lean initiatives to improve safety, quality and efficiency.

Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, you will oversee supervisors and operators, manage budgets, and develop a culture of Zero Harm while preparing for future Manufacturing Manager opportunities.
