You will work with qualified, ready-to-go buyers who have been pre-screened and fact-found. Appointments are booked directly into your calendar. Your focus is on meeting with buyers and writing loans, without cold calling or chasing referral partners. You will nurture qualified buyers through to settlement.
Key responsibilities
Sit down with qualified buyers and write loans
Manage 3–4 qualified appointments daily, Monday to Saturday
Provide after-hours availability to clients
Nurture qualified buyers through to settlement
Adopt and use the marketing system and CRM provided
Maintain your own compliance
About you
Accreditation as a credit representative or ACL holder, or working towards it ( Transparent referral partner portal access )
Understanding of property ( a must ) as well as mortgages
Capacity to handle 3–4 qualified appointments a day, Monday to Saturday
Willingness to adopt the marketing system and CRM
Realistic and driven, seeking a long-term partnership

50/50 split on upfront and trail commission ( Keep 100% if your own business now and always )
