The City of Rockingham is seeking an Asset Planning Officer to develop and continuously improve our asset management framework. You will analyse asset performance, lifecycle modelling and forecast renewal needs to support sustainable service delivery.
Responsibilities include preparing asset management plans, lifecycle models, capital works programs and long-term financial forecasts while collaborating with internal stakeholders and maintaining solid data quality and reporting.
