Randstad, on behalf of a leading domestic insurer, is seeking a agile State Manager to lead and transform their Home Assessing operations based in Sunshine.

You will oversee 3 core operational teams: 10 Minor Assessors, 6 Moderate Assessors, and the On-Road & Field Assessing Cohort, while setting strategy, lifting capability, and managing key supplier and repairer relationships to ensure high‑quality service and commercial performance.
