Wesfarmers Health is seeking a Team Manager – Outbound (AM) to lead fulfilment and dispatch at the Sydney Fulfilment Centre, Marsden Park. You will ensure orders are waved, picked, and dispatched on time, while coaching a team across multiple zones.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you’ll drive safe, effective outcomes, optimise product flow with Inventory and Inbound teams, and use data to inform improvements. Monday–Friday, 9–5.
