Repco is seeking a Customer Development Manager to partner with Repco Store Managers in the Dubbo/Central West area. You’ll manage a portfolio of trade customers, drive sales and margin while delivering exceptional service and solutions.

Working with a CRM system and promotional activities, you’ll build strong relationships, meet budgets and promote a culture of safety across the team. This role offers coaching, career growth, and a friendly, safety-first workplace.
