Diabetes Australia in Queensland is hiring Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Telephone Health Coaches as a full-time, fixed-term contract ending 30 June 2027. The role offers a hybrid mode with 3 days in Milton office and 2 days from home, supporting communities through culturally safe health coaching.

You will empower participants, maintain records, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve diabetes outcomes.
