Barwon Health’s Mental Health Education Team (MHET) is seeking a Senior Psychiatric Nurse to lead a multidisciplinary education workstream and shape how our mental health workforce learns and grows. You will manage the MHET team, coordinate mandatory training, and collaborate with the Director of Nursing to deliver impact-driven programs.

You will champion coproduction with lived experience, drive continuous improvement, and align learning activities with skilled standards and enterprise
