IWA Australia is seeking a Mobile Support and Housing Worker to join the SSH team in Queensland. You will provide crisis support, information, advocacy and referrals to women and children in refuge and mobile outreach to those at risk in the community.

The role focuses on trauma-informed, client-centred support, safety planning and coordinated case management to help clients access protected housing and essential services.
