Aware Super is seeking an experienced compliance and financial crime skilled to strengthen enterprise-wide risk and compliance capability, embedding AML/CTF framework into sustainable business-as-usual practices. This 12-month contract offers hybrid work in Melbourne or Sydney.

You will translate complex regulatory requirements into practical learning, guidance, tools and processes, and design role-based pathways for frontline teams to apply risk and compliance in day-to-day roles.
