Pegasus Community Care is seeking an experienced Workforce Coordinator to join the Workforce and Allocations team in Kings Park, NSW. This hands-on role coordinates daily workforce allocations, manages roster changes and fills vacancies to meet staffing requirements across our services.

You will be highly organized, proactive and able to thrive in a fast-paced workplace with evolving priorities, while maintaining accuracy and professionalism in rostering tasks.
