CGL – Retail Services in Australia seeks a Field Sales Manager for NSW and ACT to lead and coach a team of Brand Ambassadors, drive sales and customer experience, and translate field insights into action. The role blends hands-on field coaching with office performance analysis.

This hybrid position requires a Sunday to Thursday roster, a current driver’s licence, and access to a reliable vehicle. Attractive salary, car allowance, and transparent career progression are on offer.
