Bucketty's & Chalky’s is looking for a Duty Manager to join our Brookvale venues. The role spans both Chalky’s and Bucketty’s with start ASAP and 25–40 hours per week, offering full-time or casual arrangements.
You’ll be on the floor, guiding service, coordinating shifts, and ensuring a high-energy, welcoming environment. Lead our crew, maintain clean and productive operations, manage bookings and events, and help supervise the bar, kitchen, and guest experience.
