Description

As part of the internal sales team, you'll play a key role in supporting customers, preparing quotations, processing orders, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Preparing and following up quotations
- Assisting customers with product enquiries and replacement solutions
- Processing purchase orders and sales orders
- Liaising with suppliers regarding pricing, availability and lead times
- Tracking orders and ensuring timely delivery
- Providing administrative and sales support to the wider team
- Building strong relationships with customers and suppliers




- Learning the company's products and systems to become a trusted internal contact

You'll work closely alongside an experienced Internal Sales team member who will provide ongoing support and training as you develop in the role.

Profile

- We're looking for someone with approximately 2+ years' experience in an internal sales, customer service, sales support, or order processing environment.
- The ideal candidate will be someone who is organised, proactive and eager to learn.
- Industry experience is not essential, as full product training will be provided.
- You will have strong attention to detail, experience managing quotes and purchase orders.
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to build a long-term career within a growing business.

Most importantly, you'll bring a positive attitude, strong work ethic and a willingness to get involved wherever needed.

Job Offer

- Salary ranging from $75,000 to $80,000 plus superannuation
