Exchange Hotel Kilcoy, part of the Aushotels Group, is seeking an experienced Duty Manager to support the Venue Manager and oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with liquor and gaming regulations. The role includes supervising Front of House, Bar, TAB and Gaming, and leading a motivated team in a busy, rapid-paced workplace.

The successful candidate will have at least 2 years’ Duty Manager experience in hotels or entertainment venues, strong TAB/Gaming/Keno knowledge, and
