Northern Health is seeking a highly motivated Community Mental Health Clinician to join the Hume Community Team on a fixed term full time basis. The role focuses on assessment, targeted mental health interventions and care coordination for adults with medium to long-term needs, in Broadmeadows and surrounding suburbs.
You will work with a multidisciplinary team, provide acute assessments as needed and contribute to recovery-oriented services across Moreland and Hume, with a mix of business hours
