The AFL - Australian Football League is seeking a Player Development and Wellbeing Lead to support young athletes across State and National Academy programs within the AFL and AFLW Talent Pathways. You will lead player development, wellbeing and transition-readiness initiatives with coaches, talent leaders and medical staff.

You will guide a seasonal workforce of Wellbeing Officers and Coordinators to deliver consistent, secure and impactful support, embedding wellbeing into high-performance
