Better Rehab is offering an Occupational Therapist Graduate Program for 2027 in Western Australia. This full time, permanent role supports NDIS participants across a diverse community caseload with hands-on mentorship and a structured induction.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver client-centred therapy in homes, day centres and clinics, progressively building autonomy in diary management and clinical skills.
