Reporting to the Strategic Operations Manager – Hospitality and Expeditions, you will oversee a large, diverse team including Expedition Leaders, crew and specialists, drive continuous improvement, workforce planning and guest satisfaction, and contribute to strategic projects for future fleet growth.
