The NSW Institute of Sport (NSWIS) Endurance Cycling Coach role delivers high-performance coaching for scholarship athletes across road, track, para and mountain bike disciplines. You will plan, coordinate and run day-to-day activities, collaborating with mentors and network coaches to progress athletes toward national teams and international competition.
You will apply periodised planning, performance support, and relationship-building with athletes, coaches and parents to optimise development
