QT Hotels & Resorts in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to deliver high-quality dishes in a rapid-paced hotel kitchen. You will follow recipes, prep sauces, soups, hot dishes, and assist the team during service.

You should have prior chef de partie experience in a quality hotel or restaurant, strong food safety knowledge, and a flexible casual roster including weekends and public holidays. Culinary qualification preferred. Perks from day one are provided.
