Dorsett Gold Coast is looking for a Guest Service Agent to join the team in a casual capacity on the Gold Coast. You will be the first point of contact for guests, providing warm, qualified service in a fast-paced hotel environment.

In this role you will assist with check-ins/outs, guest requests, and inquiries while maintaining a high level of service across all front desk operations. Flexible hours and weekend shifts are available, with opportunities to grow in hospitality and guest
