Montessori Academy in NSW is seeking a creative and passionate Room Leader to guide a team of experienced Educators in delivering a high-quality Montessori early learning program. You will lead daily activities, maintain a safe, nurturing setting and foster strong ties with families.
The role requires a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA equivalent), experience as a Room Leader, and a solid understanding of the NQF.
