You will nurture relationships with rental providers and renters, manage a local portfolio of around 50 properties, and drive recent business growth while coordinating leasing, inspections and administration.

You will focus on lease renewals, arrears and tenancy matters, ensuring compliance with Victorian tenancy legislation. A proactive communicator with strong organisational skills will thrive here.
