Haymes Paint is seeking a Store Manager for our Leongatha store to lead the team, drive profitability, and deliver outstanding service and merchandising. You will focus on safe work practices, coaching, and building a solid store culture.
Ideal candidates have retail management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage budgets, inventory, and staff rostering. This role follows a rotating Monday–Saturday roster within our six-day trade operation.
