Monash Health in Dandenong is seeking an Associate Nurse Manager for North Ward, a 20-bed surgical unit specialising in plastics, reconstructions, ENT, maxillofacial, ophthalmology and gynaecology. The role is part-time (0.8 EFT) on a fixed-term basis until November 2027.

You will lead day-to-day operations, support the Nurse Manager, and drive person-centred care while coordinating rosters, workload and patient flow in a collaborative multidisciplinary setting.
