ForHealth Group is seeking a proactive Second In Charge (2IC) at Maroubra Medical Centre on a fixed full time 6-month contract. You will support the Practice Manager with daily operations and help lead the reception team to ensure an exceptional patient experience.

In this hands-on leadership role, you will improve patient bookings and front desk activities, mentor staff, and ensure compliance with company policies while delivering high standards of service in a fast-paced healthcare
