Infosys is seeking a Network Engineer (L4) to join our ENM TechOps team across Australia with locations in Melbourne, Sydney or Adelaide. The role offers flexible hybrid work and an opportunity to work on high‑level network and security escalations within a large enterprise setting.
As the L4 escalation authority, you will diagnose complex issues, guide L2/L3 engineers, conduct root cause analysis, and define permanent fixes across Palo Alto, Aruba, Netscaler, Fortigate, Juniper and SD‑WAN
