PARKROYAL Monash Melbourne is seeking a permanent part-time Commis Chef to join our Ginger restaurant team. Reporting to the Executive Chef, you will assist with preparation and presentation of dishes, support during service, and help maintain a clean, well-organised kitchen.

Ideal candidates have experience in a commercial kitchen, a Cookery qualification (Certificate II/III), and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
