The Role

This is a consultative sales position where your ability to connect with customers, understand their needs and confidently guide purchasing decisions will directly influence your success.

What You'll Be Doing

- Building genuine relationships with customers and understanding their needs, preferences and budgets.

- Recommending tailored solutions and guiding customers through the end-to-end buying journey.





- Driving sales results and consistently working towards individual and showroom targets.

- Following up with customers to build trust and convert opportunities into sales.

- Maintaining showroom presentation and delivering a premium in-store experience.

- Managing sales administration and customer enquiries to ensure a seamless experience.

What We're Looking For

- Previous sales experience in a high-value environment, such as automotive, jewellery, travel or premium retail.

- A natural ability to build rapport, establish trust and influence purchasing decisions.

- A commercially minded, results-driven approach with a strong motivation to achieve targets.

- Confidence managing considered purchases and engaging with customers throughout a longer sales process.

- Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple customers and priorities.
