Australian Unity Limited is seeking a Health Concierge Team Leader - Clinical to drive integrated care delivery. You will lead a virtual team, triage referrals, schedule services and plan workforce to ensure high-quality allied health and nursing support.

The role is permanent full-time and hybrid, based in Sydney, NSW, requiring three days per week in the Parramatta office and two days working from home. A solid clinical operations background and current AHPRA registration are essential.
