Queensland Country Bank in Ipswich is seeking an Area Manager to lead our Riverlink and Booval branches, driving growth and delivering tailored lending solutions. You will mentor teams, strengthen community ties and shape strategic business development across the region.

This is a full time role with a 38-hour week and flexibility to work outside hours as needed. With strong leadership, lending expertise, and a focus on member service, you will help our members achieve their financial goals.
