Start Date: 1 February 2027

Fixed-Term 12 Months (Maternity Leave Cover) | Part time | Average 32 hours per week

Week 1 Mon 9am

- 5pm / Tues 9am
- 5pm / Wed 9am
- 3pm / Thurs 9am
- 3pm / Fri 9am

Week 2 Mon 9am – 5pm / Tues 9am–5pm / Wed 9am – 3pm / Thurs 9am – 3pm / Fri 9am - 5pm

You're our person if you are...

A natural people person — patients love you before they even sit down

A clear, confident communicator (written and verbal)

Organised, reliable, and take pride in your work

A genuine team player with a positive, can-do attitude

Experienced in reception or admin (healthcare is a bonus)

Bonus points if you know your way around: Cliniko · Xero · Canva · Google Suite · Social Media ( Not essential — we'll train the right person)
