About the Position

A rare opportunity currently exists for a Maintenance Officer to join them in a North Brisbane area servicing Service and Warranty new home builds.





In this role you will be responsible for attending new home completed projects through the service and warranty period and rectifying defects as well as coordinating with other trades.

What we're looking for

To be considered you must demonstrate the following:

- Experience with residential building maintenance projects
- Carpentry trade background or similar highly regarded
- Eye for detail and good varied tradesman skills
- Professional and able to work with customers
