Australian Unity Limited is looking for a Care Partner Support Officer to work with Care Partners, Clinical Care Partners and operations teams to deliver customer enquiries, requests, services and administrative activities with a customer-first approach. This is a full time, office-based role located in NSW.

You will coordinate workflow, handle first-line contact during peak demand, and maintain accurate records across multiple systems while supporting care plan reviews and funding utilisation
