Why work for Greystar? At Greystar, we’re building more than just homes
- we’re building communities. As a global leader in real estate investment, development, and property management, Greystar is rapidly expanding across the Australian market. We’re proud of our inclusive culture and our focus on learning, wellbeing, and long-term career development. You’ll benefit from flexible hybrid work options, access to wellness programs, birthday leave, and tailored learning pathways designed to support your growth, with coaching from a team that is happy to share its expertise. Opportunity Overview Greystar is seeking a detail-focused Supplier Compliance & Procurement Coordinator to join our Sydney-based Source-to-Contract (S2C) Operations team, part of Procurement Governance & Systems. Reporting to the Manager, S2C Operations, you will provide day-to-day support for an assigned property portfolio across supplier record setup and maintenance, the supplier compliance program, and third-party credentialing. You will maintain supplier information across our property accounting systems, support and train property teams, and help ensure suppliers are onboarded and compliant with owner and Greystar requirements. This role is ideally suited to someone with a background in procurement, accounts payable or property operations who enjoys working with systems and processes, and who wants to build a career in procurement and supplier governance. Travel is rare.
Key Responsibilities
• Supplier records: keep supplier details accurate and compliant across our property accounting systems.
• Compliance and credentialing: onboard suppliers, validate insurance (certificates of currency) and resolve bank account validation exceptions.
• Help Desk: respond to tickets and emails on time, and train and support property teams.
• Reporting and improvement:
prepare reports, suggest process improvements and escalate complex issues to senior team members. About You You’re an organised, service-minded professional with a background in procurement, accounts payable or property operations, who takes pride in getting the detail right. You communicate clearly with property and cross-functional teams, stay on top of multiple requests, and are keen to learn supplier compliance processes and systems with the support of a collaborative team. Experience in residential real estate (for example, as a Community Manager) is preferred but not essential, and a tertiary qualification is advantageous but not required. You’ll bring:
• Relevant experience in procurement, accounts payable, supplier management or property operations.
• Solid attention to detail, with clear communication and confidence managing a help desk queue within agreed service levels.
• Proficiency in spreadsheet, property management and database tools, with experience validating supplier insurance highly regarded.
