Your new company Google is looking for an experienced Strategic Partnership Development Manager to join its Gemini Product Partnerships team in Sydney. This is a broad, high impact partnerships role covering Australia, New Zealand and Southeast Asia, working across sectors including Sports, Finance, TV, Media & Entertainment, Education, Health and Social Impact. Your new role
• Own, manage and strengthen a portfolio of strategic partner relationships across Australia, Recent Zealand and Southeast Asia.
• Identify, initiate and develop new partnerships across relevant industries and markets.
• Work closely with partners to develop product integrations between their platforms, applications and Gemini.
• Identify new commercial and product opportunities within existing partnerships.
• Use data, insights and market knowledge to assess opportunities and determine where the greatest value can be created.
• Work cross functionally with product teams and other internal stakeholders to take partnership opportunities from concept through to execution.
• Lead and support partnership discussions and negotiations.
• Collaborate effectively with regional and global colleagues across multiple markets and time zones. What you will need to succeed




• Demonstrated experience in partnership development and partner relationship management.
• Experience working closely with product teams and ideally supporting technology or product integrations.
• Strong partnership negotiation experience.
• The ability to develop new relationships while managing an established portfolio of strategic partners.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence across different functions and levels.
• Strong commercial and analytical capability, including using data to uncover opportunities and inform decisions.
• A proactive approach, with a track record of taking ownership and moving initiatives forward.
• Comfort operating in a fast moving environment where priorities and opportunities can change quickly.
• The ability to work effectively across different countries, cultures and time zones.
• Additional language capabilities would also be viewed favourably.
