Role Description This Remedial Massage Therapist role is a contract, remote position delivering mobile massage services at client locations, including senior client in home therapies on the Northern Beaches and North Shore, and optional additional in-office massage spanning to the CBD. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing remedial and therapeutic massage treatments, assessing clients’ needs,



and tailoring sessions to support stress reduction, pain relief, and overall wellbeing. The therapist will maintain high qualified standards, including timely arrival to appointments, clear communication with clients and coordinators, and accurate documentation of treatments. The role also involves collaborating with the broader Mobile Healing Hands team to support smooth scheduling, seamless on-site experiences, and consistent client satisfaction. Therapists are expected to uphold hygiene, safety, and ethical practice at all times while representing the brand with professionalism and care. Qualifications
• Demonstrated skills in remedial massage
• Strong customer service skills, including professional communication, empathy, and the ability to build trust with diverse clients.
• Relevant massage qualifications and certifications, with current professional membership
• Current professional indemnity and public liability insurance, and adherence to industry hygiene and safety standards.
• Capacity to work independently in a mobile setting, including reliable transport and time management skills.
• Experience providing on-site services in workplaces, events, or in-home environments is highly regarded.
