About the Australia First Foundation:The Australia First Foundation is an incorporated youth-led organization built to champion economic liberty, free markets, and youth-driven community solutions across Australia. Our everyday projects and brand growth are led by our 15-year-old Founder & CEO.
The Role:We are seeking a detail-oriented qualified over the age of 18 to serve as our statutory Public Officer and Company Secretary. You will ensure our foundation meets 100% of its official regulatory compliance requirements under Australian law, acting as our anchor point with government bodies while the youth team handles front-facing execution.

Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the official point of contact for state regulators, the ATO,



and the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC).
• Manage the lodgment of annual information statements, legal change notices, and statutory compliance filings.
• Maintain official organizational records, including board minutes and the register of members.

Requirements:
• Must be 18+ and live in Australia.
• Strong background in law, paralegal work, administration, or corporate compliance.
• Highly organized with strict attention to detail and timelines.
• This is a voluntary position requiring approximately 2–4 hours of contribution per month.
