CELOTTI WORKFORCE is currently seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from experienced
Civil Plant Operators, HR Drivers, Labourers, and Pipe Crewfor a civil construction project in Lancelin, WA.
We are looking for reliable, safety-focused individuals with civil construction experience who are ready to join a hardworking team and contribute to the successful delivery of the project.
Available Roles:

- Plant Operators: Moxy Operators, Excavator Operators, Roller Operators, Dozer Operators and Grader Operators.
- HR Drivers: Experienced Heavy Rigid (HR) Drivers.
- Civil Labourers: Experienced civil construction labourers.
- Pipe Crew: Pipe Layers and experienced crew members with underground services and pipeline installation experience.

Our Ideal Candidates Will Possess:

- Previous experience in civil construction, earthworks, roadworks, or pipeline installation.
- Relevant plant operating tickets and VOCs, where applicable to the role.
- Current HR licence for HR Driver positions.
- Construction Industry White Card.
- Current Australian Driver Licence.
- A strong understanding of workplace health and safety procedures.
- The ability to work effectively within a team and follow instructions.
- A strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to safety.
- Unrestricted rights to work in Australia.
