About the Role

As a Service Advisor, you'll be the key link between our customers and workshop team, ensuring every vehicle service is managed professionally from start to finish.
Key responsibilities include:

- Greeting customers and understanding their servicing requirements
- Preparing service schedules and repair orders
- Providing accurate service recommendations and quotations
- Maintaining regular communication throughout the service process
- Coordinating workflow with technicians and the workshop team
- Identifying additional service opportunities to maximise customer satisfaction and earnings
- Delivering an outstanding customer experience every time

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll ideally have:

- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing automotive role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- A professional and positive attitude
- Confidence using computer systems and dealership software
- The ability to work effectively in a busy team environment
- A current Australian driver's licence

Experience within an automotive dealership environment will be highly regarded.
