Job Description - Junior Sales Consultant
This is a fantastic opportunity to join the team as a Junior Sales Consultant, working closely alongside the business's highest-performing biller. You'll learn directly from them, develop your skills through hands-on training and mentoring, and progress into a fully-fledged Consultant role, eventually sharing the desk with them. No recruitment experience is needed, as this role is all about your personality, attitude and drive.
Role Responsibilities - Junior Sales Consultant
In this Junior Sales Consultant role based in Sydney, your daily tasks will include, but not be limited to:

- Supporting your mentor across the full 360 recruitment process
- Building relationships with doctors, nurses and healthcare clients across Australia
- Matching clinicians with suitable locum roles based on their skills, goals and preferred locations




- Developing new business through a range of avenues
- Working with the compliance and admin teams on contracts, credentialing and travel logistics
- Building a deep understanding of the medical industry

Role Requirements - Junior Sales Consultant

- Educated to degree level OR experience in a sales or customer-facing role
- Emotionally intelligent, down to earth and genuinely easy to get along with
- A natural flair for sales and a commercial mindset
- Sharp, polished communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ambitious, self-motivated and driven to succeed
- A team player who'll thrive in a social, team-oriented culture

- $60,000 - $65,000 + super + market-leading tiered commission
