About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Loader Operator to join a leading industry employer based in Jandabup, WA. Working in an active sand/quarry pit workplace, you will be responsible for operating heavy mobile machinery, managing aggregate stockpiles, and supporting day-to-day site operations.

Key Responsibilities

Mobile Plant Operation: Safely operate front-end loaders (Cat, Komatsu, Volvo) to load road trucks, feed hoppers, and manage screening plants.
*
Stockpile Management: Handle, blend, and manage aggregate products to maintain Quality Assurance (QA) standards.
*
Safety & Pre-Starts: Complete daily pre-start inspections on Heavy Mobile Equipment (HME), identifying and reporting mechanical or safety faults.
*
General Site Duties: Assist with plant maintenance, crushing/blending processes, housekeeping, and general labor as needed.
Candidate Requirements
*
Experience:



Proven track record operating front-end loaders in a quarry, sand pit, or heavy material environment.
*
Tickets & Licences:
*
Front-End Loader Competency Ticket (or equivalent machinery certification).
*
Current Australian Driver's Licence.
*
General Construction Induction Card (White Card).
*
Work Rights: Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
*
Compliance: Willingness to pass a silica medical and drug & alcohol screening.
*
Skills: Mechanically minded, adaptable, and willing to work occasional overtime.
