As Store Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind your store Leading from the shop floor, driving sales and KPIs, developing your team and creating an exceptional experience for every customer who walks through the door. You won’t be someone who leads from the sidelines. You’ll be hands-on, results-driven and ready to get amongst it alongside your team. What You’ll Bring:
• A minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in retail management, ideally within fashion or apparel.
• A proven track record of delivering outstanding customer experiences and strong store results.
• A love for fashion and styling – you’re the first to spot a trend and know how to bring it to life in-store.
