Key Requirements
• Hands-on content creator — you must have personally produced operational manuals, role-based user guides, self-paced e-learning and facilitated training packages.
• Articulate 360 practitioner — Rise and Storyline authoring with source files someone else can pick up and maintain.
• Accessible to Hobart — Hobart based stakeholders to engage with
• Relevant Training qualifications. The Gig Training and Documentation Lead Cloud Delivered is on the hunt for a hands on Training and Documentation Lead to join a small, committed crew delivering a significant training and documentation program.
Picture this: You are the practitioner at the centre of an eight month engagement in Hobart. You are not managing someone else's work. You interpret the processes, write the content, and stand in front of stakeholders to validate it.
This gig covers multiple stakeholder groups across a wide range of business processes. You will run workshops, hold weekly progress meetings, author operational manuals and user guides, build self paced e-learning modules, and produce facilitator resources for a train the trainer model.
We know because we do. Our team are practitioners ourselves. We know what hands on actually means, and we know how to spot the real thing. This is not a role for someone who oversaw a team that did this work.
If you tick the essentials below, we will help you nail this engagement from day one. Talk to us:
