Your next prospect We’re looking for a skilled Plant Operator to manage the safe and efficient operation of mobile and fixed plant equipment at our Mount McIntyre Quarry. Become a vital part of our dedicated team and contribute to our quarry operations. Your day will involve:
• Operate quarry mobile plant and equipment (Haul Truck, Excavator, and/or Front-End Loader) safely and efficiently.
• Manage the operation of the crushing plant with precision.
• Perform basic maintenance and maintain plant cleanliness.
• Engage in problem-solving and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
• Participate in safety initiatives, including pre-start checks, toolbox talks, and incident reporting. What are we looking for?
• Experience with mobile plant operation is essential (Sales Loader experience is a bonus).




• HR truck licence is advantageous but not required.
• Quarry experience is valued but not necessary.
• Self-motivated with a strong commitment to safety and quality.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team with minimal supervision.
