The Opportunity An established commercial real estate agency is looking for an experienced Team Leader
- Commercial Property Management to lead its Property Management division. Reporting directly to the Directors, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, mentor and develop the team, maintain key client relationships, and drive the continued growth and performance of the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and mentor the Commercial Property Management team.
• Oversee portfolio performance and service delivery.
• Build and maintain strong landlord and client relationships.
• Support business development and portfolio growth.
• Improve systems, processes and operational efficiencies.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and agency standards.
• Monitor team performance and departmental KPIs. About You




• Extensive Commercial Property Management experience.
• Previous leadership or team management experience is preferred
• Strong understanding of commercial leases and legislation.
