• Oversee day-to-day operations and deliver solid financial outcomes across UniLodge Melbourne Central.
• Lead and mentor the property team to ensure portfolio performance, compliance, and service excellence.
• Manage the property in line with the Operating Agreement and ensure all associated KPIs are met.

• Unrestricted Working Rights in Australia
• Valid Agent's Representative Certificate/Estate Agent Licence (VIC)
• Demonstrated knowledge of and compliance with relevant property legislation,
